Food Album is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to identify food dishes from photos and provide menu information, nutritional context, and restaurant details. The App is available on Android and iOS platforms.

3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Food Album uses AI to identify dishes and generate menu information. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated content may not always be accurate or complete
• Food identification results are for informational purposes only
• The App does not provide professional nutritional, dietary, or medical advice
• You should consult a qualified professional for specific dietary or health needs
• We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content

4. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Food Album offers subscription plans that unlock premium features including unlimited scans. By subscribing:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• Payments are processed by Google Play or Apple App Store
• Refunds are subject to the policies of the respective app store
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your app store account settings

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App
• Upload harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the App in a way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

By submitting photos or other content through the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and analyze that content solely for the purpose of providing the App's services. We do not claim ownership of your content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Food Album and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to reliance on AI-generated food identification results.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI identification results will be accurate.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may stop using the App at any time.
